We take the privacy of our visitors and guests seriously. On this website we do not collect any personal data without your knowledge — below we describe exactly what we store and why.

2. What We Store and Why
This is a purely informational website — we have no user accounts, online shop or online payments. We process only:
Cookie consent (Klaro)
Once you accept or decline cookies, we store a small klaro cookie in your browser that remembers your choice for 12 months.
Traffic analytics (Google Analytics 4)
If you consent to analytical cookies, Google Analytics 4 sends us anonymised traffic data. Your IP address is anonymised before transmission.
Reservations and communication
If you contact us by email or phone to make a reservation, we process your name, email and requested dates solely for the purpose of handling your enquiry.
4. Your Rights

- ■Objection — You may object to processing based on legitimate interest (Article 21 GDPR).
- ■Withdrawal of consent — You may withdraw cookie consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
